The M2 Digital Health Law is designed to train lawyers who wish to acquire in-depth and cross-disciplinary skills in digital health. Lawyers working in the health field must master new knowledge at the intersection of digital law and health law. The deployment of digital health requires training lawyers who understand the specific regulatory constraints in the field of digital health and health innovation.
The Master 2 aims to provide students with the methodological and disciplinary skills essential for practicing professions related to digital health law in both the public and private sectors. The Master is open to work-study programs and, in addition to the days reserved for theoretical and practical teaching, allows students to join a company with a mission related to the courses taken.

Objectives
The objective of this new course is to acquire the specialized knowledge necessary for the exercise of a professional activity focused on innovation in health. In this perspective, the diploma responds to the "Digital Health" acceleration strategy resulting from the "France 2030" Plan, in particular concerning increasing the proportion of lawyers with a culture in digital health and in particular concerning issues of Cyber-security in health, Health Data, Digital Communication, Digital Tools in health and Telehealth.
