The Master 1 in Health Law aims to provide with an initial specialization in the field of health law in order to train lawyers specialized in this sector. The first year of the Master's degree allows students to understand and master the actors, the organization of the health system and the issues specific to the field of health.
The educational structure allows for a progressive specialization of students during their two years of the master's program. In M1, students continue to acquire fundamental knowledge and skills in private or public law while acquiring more specific skills in health law. The Master 1 Health Law relies on research professors from the Paris-Saclay area (Sceaux, Evry, UVSQ) who are involved in the training.
